Return Policy

What is your return policy?

 

If you are returning or exchanging a watch, you must first apply for an RMA through our Returns link.  Returns/Exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving the item or no refund or exchange will be granted.  Returns/Exchanges will not be granted if the item is damaged due to excessive water exposure or misuse.  Also see our warranty policy under our FAQ page.

 

Where do I send return or exchange merchandise?

 

Returns or exchanges received after 30 days will be returned to sender.
