How do I set the time?
To set the time, simply pull the silver button out half way and turn to the correct time. We try to set every timepiece before it leaves our warehouse!
How do I make the watch light up?
Right above the time silver buton, there is a small button (inside) you press. Once pressed, the light will go off for 9 seconds and turn off. Press again for more fun!
How do I exchange the bands?
Hold the watch in one hand with your thumb on the face, gently pull the other band with your free hand and pop the watch towards you. Once the top is out, you can wiggle the watch out. Just reverse to put the watch face in another band. Note: Fly 1.0 watches/bands are not compatible with 2.0 watches/bands.
The watch/LED doesnt seem to be working.
The watch and LED battery are separate. There is a possibility that either could have met their day and need replaced. If it has been under one year since purchase, we will gladly replace the timing battery for you. Please use our contact us page.
Are the watches water resistant?
Yes! Our watches are 3 ATM water resistant which means you can get your watch wet, however they are not designed to be completely submerged under water for extended periods of time.
Are the Fly 1.0 watches and bands interchangeable with Fly 2.0 watches and bands?
The Fly 1.0 watches and bands are only compatible with each other and not the Fly 2.0 version, which is a completely new design.
What is your warranty?
This product, except consumables or articles with limited resistance (e.g. battery, band, case), is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of quality at the time of delivery for a period of one year from the date of purchase ("warranty period"). During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired using Fly Watches reconditioned replacement parts or the product will be replaced with the same or a similar reconditioned replacement model within a reasonable period of time. There will be no parts or labor charge to you for valid warranty services. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely and send it insured, return receipt requested. The only applicable charge will be for return shipping ($6 for same day turn around).
The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:
(1) The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
(2) The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
(3) The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a Fly Watches approved service center;
(4) The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn;
(5) The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service; or
(6) The warranty period has expired.
